Your physician prescribed this test in order to check your oxygen levels. Breathe has interpreted your test data and the test results have been sent to your physician.
Breathe has filed a claim to your insurance and the remaining amount reflects the balance due after insurance. For your convenience Breathe offers an online payment solution for no additional fee. Your account number is located by the amount due on your statement.
